An ISO Class 8 clean room is at the core of Flex Concepts facility allowing for the clean and orderly progress of materials through the manufacturing and assembly process. All products entering the clean room are QC approved and released before being processed. All Flex fluid contact components have passed USP Class VI testing specifications. GMP Standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Flex Concepts's products are sterilized using gamma radiation between 25-40 kGy unless requested otherwise. Leachable and extractable data is available for all flex films and Flex Concepts provides full traceability for all product contact materials.
